What's New in v6.10

· Build toolbar default action changed: "Build Project" and "Clean and Build Project" toolbar button default action changed to build for debugging.

· Tool pack versioning: MPLAB X IDE will always pick that latest tool pack for you. MPLAB X IDE v6.10 supports versions 2.x.x/4.x.x and later. MPLAB X IDE v6.05 (and earlier versions) support versions 1.x.x/3.x.x and earlier.
